Are you a factory?
No. We are a trading and sourcing company based in Guangzhou. We work with professional, specialised factories in China and act as your single point of contact for quotations, samples, quality checks, shipping documents and after-sales.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We are small-MOQ friendly and welcome trial or mixed orders. Tell us the models and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.
Which price terms do you quote?
FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, or CIF to your port. Import duties and customs clearance in the destination country are handled by the buyer – we help prepare the documents your clearing agent needs.
What are the lead time and payment terms?
Typically about 30 days after deposit. Standard payment is 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed on each order.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes. OEM / private label is available – logo, colours, colour box, carton and user manual.
What warranty do you offer?
Our LiFePO4 all-in-one energy storage lines (portable 1–2 kWh and home & business 2.56–16 kWh) carry a 24-month whole-unit warranty, with claims coordinated by us with the factory. Warranty for other models is confirmed on the quotation.
Which certificates are available?
CE / IEC 62619 / UN38.3 / MSDS for our LiFePO4 energy-storage lines, plus support with the import and certification documents your destination country requires. For compact power stations, certificates and test reports are provided per model on request.
